January 18th, 2006.

Hawk wanted a picture of him and his daddy to hang on his refrigerator.

Hawk doesn't look like himself with all of the swelling, but his smile and laugh are still the same. It's good to have him laughing and happy again.

The other day, Hawk told me that his daddy was big and strong and I said "He is?" and Hawk said "Yes, because he can lift me over his head."

We all love this little boy very much. Children bring such joy to our lives. They are truly a gift from God.

I'm new to your blog, Steve Sporre suggested we stop by and say a prayer for Hawk and his family. I agree with you, children are gifts from the Heavenly Father and one of His greatest miracles. Grandchildren are extra special blessings, aren't they?
After some brief research, it doesn't present a positive prognosis for Hawk...but God is greater then us all and miracles have been known to happen! I'm believing in this.
Father, I pray with Hawk and his family right now for divine intervention. We lift this little boy's health and every concern to you. If it be your will, Father God we ask for a miraculous and complete healing. Lord, be with him at every treatment, with every doctor, and during every moment he is scared or hurting. Wrap your loving arms around him and his family Lord, and grant them strength.
We pray this together in one accord in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Amen
